Industry Based Training
With over 45 years of experience in production and operation management, I've had the privilege of leading teams and driving efficiency in the industry. Recently, I stepped down from my role as the Head of Technical at the Glass and Glazing Federation, where I dedicated my efforts to advancing technical standards, good practice & training. My employment journey has equipped me with invaluable insights and a passion for continuous improvement. I now wish to pass on that knowledge through these various courses.
Online Training
Our online courses are created using the very latest in AI Avatar creation using Synthesia software. As close to real life presenters as possible but with the ability to update modules "on the fly". See the section below for more information.
Classroom Training
In certain situations, online training doesn't "fit the bill" and face to face presentations are the preferred method. In this case we can provide training at your premises or a local venue using traditional methods and the use of practical examples when required.
Tutor guided online training
We can also offer a 'hybrid' version of our courses where the online training is enhanced with the introduction of a presenter. This creates a more interactive option for the course as attendees have the opportunity to ask questions or get clarity on particular points of the modules.

We understand that even industry based training is not a "one size fits all" situation and are happy to create training modules specific to your business. Basic Glass Knowledge
Covering the manufacture and properties of various glass products i.e. Float glass, heat treated glass, laminated glass, coated glass, insulating glass units, wired glass & textured glass.

Manual Glass Handling
When moving products, especially glass, safety and careful handling are crucial. This course covers safe handling of glass in the factory and on site.

The Building Safety Act and the Building Safety Regulator
This act and the creation of the Regulator is the most impactful change for the Construction Industry in decades.

Understanding BS EN 1279 - Parts 1 to 6
This course is a must for those involved in or wishing to become involved in the more technical aspects of Insulating Glass Unit (IGU) production.

Our online training offering
As mentioned above, we create our online training modules using Synthesia software. Trainees can often weary of traditional "text heavy" learning and become easily distracted or even lose interest. Using modern AI technology such as Synthesia helps stimulate the learner.
